For the last 20 + years I have had the privilege to come alongside some amazing women and their families wanting more out of life despite the most challenging of circumstances. I have provided support through play therapy through end of life care & look forward to connecting with you to see if we are a good fit. The consult is free, quick and a safe way to explore if this is right for you .

Our profession believes in holding space for people with the utmost privacy . This is limited only by the guidelines related to your safety and the safety of others.
TELEHEALTH
Telehealth is an easily accessible resource using a HIPPA compliant video platform . Flexible session scheduling allows for continuity as I can meet with busy professionals on a break, students in between classes & moms while their kids are napping . Scheduling conflicts no longer have to be a barrier to you accessing care !
Telehealth allows me to see clients for therapy throughout North Carolina. Outside of the state , coaching can be made available .
